Missoula Animal Services is dedicated to the protection and care of all domestic animals and the safety of the public. Through enforcement, education and sheltering, Missoula Animal Services strives to care for lost, injured and abused animals in both the city and the county. Animal Control staff run the no-kill shelter, handle pet licensing, respond to nuisance reports and more.

550 animals were adopted from MAS in 2025, and 393 lost pets were reunited with their owners!
