MPH offers individual and family nutrition support for:

  • Nutrition during pregnancy
  • Child growth or weight concerns
  • Food allergies
  • Picky eating
  • Meal and snack planning
  • Access to food resources
  • Condition-specific nutrition therapy
 

Infant Feeding

Get help with newborn feeding and breastfeeding questions.

Our Certified Lactation Specialists and nurses are available for home visits, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call the helpline at 406.207.4357 for breastfeeding support.

The Missoula Baby Bistro is a local free parent-baby support group for learning the ins-and-outs of nourishing your baby. It is led by a Certified Lactation Specialist and the group meets every Tuesday at 10:00am at the Missoula Food Bank & Community Center at 1720 Wyoming Street, Missoula.

Women Infant and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program

This program provides monthly healthy food benefits, nutrition education, and community support.
