MPH and PHC Present Navigating Medicaid Together Events

Changes are coming for Medicaid recipients, and we want to make sure you are prepared. MPH is partnering with Partnership Health Center to provide assistance through monthly Navigating Medicaid Together events. If you are renewing or submitting a new application, we are here to help. 

No appointment needed. All sessions take place from 2 to 5 p.m. at the PHC Creamery Building (401 Railroad Street W.) in Missoula.

To make the most of your visit, please bring the following:

• Any recent letters or notices sent to you from the Montana Department of Health and Human Services
• Photo IDs for all adults (18+) in the household
• Proof of income for all household members, like:
  • Two recent paystubs
  • Bank statements
  • Most recent tax return
